Job Title: Experience Subsidence Claims Technician

Location: Remote with occasional in-office meetings

Salary: Up to £28k

The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity awaits to join our award-winning Subsidence Services Division, where you’ll take full ownership of domestic and commercial claims from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing a portfolio of subsidence claims up to an agreed value
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for both customers and clients
  • Making technical decisions on your cases once training and licensing are complete
  • Producing tailored reports and maintaining accurate action plans for each claim
  • Ensuring reserve accuracy and driving claims to a timely resolution
  • Liaising with suppliers to monitor progress and service quality
  • Communicating updates with all stakeholders throughout the claims process

About You – Knowledge and Experience:

  • Previous experience managing subsidence-related insurance claims is essential
  • Confident communicator and negotiator, able to explain complex matters clearly and with empathy
  • Capable of prioritising and managing a busy caseload efficiently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to change
  • Proactive, empathetic, and focused on delivering a positive customer journey
  • Positive, resilient, and open to new technology and process improvement
