Job description
Responsibilities
  • Occasionally work offsite, delivering and installing furniture and collecting items from offsite offices/suppliers.
  • General maintenance across site, including painting and decorating of office suites.
  • Ensure that all works are completed in a timely fashion and leave areas clean and tidy.
  • Adhere to all Warner Bros. site, Health & Safety, and waste policies.
  • Monitor and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the site, including general groundskeeping and litter picking.
  • Regularly inspect department vehicles to ensure safety on the roads.
  • Snow/ice clearance when required.
  • Maintain, clean, and report any problems with vehicles.
  • Be part of a proactive Studio Operations team supporting the Studio Operations Manager and wider team to deliver exceptional service to clients and customers; effective teamwork and collaboration are essential.
  • This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with varying tasks; stay calm under pressure and take initiative when tackling tasks, whether working independently or with others.
  • Communicate effectively using two-way radios and tablets; be prepared to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a manual handling role.
  • Ability to work with technology and various software packages, such as I-Auditor, Planon and Microsoft Office package.
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks using a common-sense approach.
  • Experience working in a customer service environment.
  • General labouring/furniture removals experience preferred.
  • Full UK Driving License with experience driving vans.

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
