Responsibilities

As Creative Studio Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Creative Studio. Your primary responsibilities are to manage studio resourcing, optimise processes, manage workflows, and support cross‑functional collaboration so that the Creative Team can deliver exceptional work – on time and aligned with the brief & brand standards. Reporting into the Creative Director, working closely with Creative, Marketing and Operations teams, you will oversee project intake, scheduling, trafficking and reporting. You will partner with the Creative Director and Brand Manager to champion brand consistency, drive workflow improvements, and support the continued and evolved use of our project management tool, Asana, that helps the team work smarter. This role is essential in ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, boosting operational efficiency, and supporting data‑driven decision making.

  • Trafficking creative briefs and managing project timelines
  • Coordinating communication across Creative, Marketing, Operations and external partners
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all creative output
  • Helping implement and optimise Asana and other project management systems
  • Monitoring KPIs, creative team capacity and project performance

You will also contribute to the integration of new processes, tools and frameworks, ensuring the studio operates at peak efficiency while supporting a positive, collaborative and solutions‑focused culture.

Core Responsibilities
  • Brand Consistency: Work with the Brand Manager and Creative Director to ensure all creative output adheres to our high quality brand standards across all touchpoints.
  • Creative Project Management: Manage the intake prioritisation and scheduling of all creative requests and support the tracking of creative team hours for improved forecasting and resourcing.
  • Support studio culture, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external freelancers and partners to ensure smooth delivery of assets across all projects.
  • Act as the glue between Creative, Marketing and Operations to ensure clarity, alignment and timely exchange of information.
  • Workflow Optimisation: Streamline processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
  • Maintain and evolve project management tools (Asana preferred), ensuring consistent usage across teams.
  • Champion workflow best practices and ensure successful adoption across wider event teams.
  • Reporting & Insights: Generate actionable insights on project performance, workflow efficiency and capacity planning.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 7+ years working within a fast‑paced design or integrated agency
  • Strong project management skills and experience with Asana (or Monday.com, JIRA, Wrike)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Understanding of creative production workflows across digital, print, events and video. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred (not essential) and ability to communicate effectively with designers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, positive and professional approach to managing people and projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible business hours as required.
  • Capacity to work flexible hours as required when on‑site.
