A vibrant B2B events company based in London is seeking a Creative Studio Manager to oversee studio workflows, manage project timelines and ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in a fast-paced design agency, exceptional project management skills, and proficiency in tools such as Asana. As Creative Studio Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Creative Studio. Your primary responsibilities are to manage studio resourcing, optimise processes, manage workflows, and support cross‑functional collaboration so that the Creative Team can deliver exceptional work – on time and aligned with the brief & brand standards. Reporting into the Creative Director, working closely with Creative, Marketing and Operations teams, you will oversee project intake, scheduling, trafficking and reporting. You will partner with the Creative Director and Brand Manager to champion brand consistency, drive workflow improvements, and support the continued and evolved use of our project management tool, Asana, that helps the team work smarter. This role is essential in ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, boosting operational efficiency, and supporting data‑driven decision making.
You will also contribute to the integration of new processes, tools and frameworks, ensuring the studio operates at peak efficiency while supporting a positive, collaborative and solutions‑focused culture.
