Job summary

A leading educational institution in Birmingham is seeking a Wellbeing Adviser to join their Mental Health and Wellbeing Team. The role includes providing direct wellbeing advice, supporting students with mental health issues, and assisting in crisis management. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary ranging from £38,050 to £44,131 per annum.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Understanding of the range of health and wellbeing issues that may affect students.
• Experience in crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual students with direct support and information related to wellbeing issues.
• Assist in coordinating the University’s approach to care leavers.
• Promote health and emotional wellbeing across the University.
