A local educational institution is seeking a dedicated Student Support Assistant to join their team. The role involves providing guidance and practical support to students, working closely with the Pastoral team. Contract: Part Time 8 hours per week, Fixed Term, Term Time plus INSET days, until 21st July 2026
Pay Scale: Grade 9 £29,540 - £32,061 per annum (£5,493 - £5,961 pro rata)

In this role, you will provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support to help students reach their full potential, working alongside the Pastoral team. You will play a vital role as a custodian of our school culture, providing tailored pastoral support to help students make confident and informed decisions about their future. This position requires the ability to serve 2 days a week.
