Tagged Resources is recruiting for an amazing opportunity to be a key member of a dynamic, fashion-led multi-brand menswear and ladieswear business. We’re looking for a really creative and passionate streetwear and all-around designer to take the helm on several in-house projects / collaboration brands brought to market.

Responsibilities

• Working mainly on men’s / boys' with some ladieswear on casual and semi-casual trend-led ranges.
• Take the lead on creatives.
• Work with the Director and the brand partners
• Create direction for upcoming seasonal drops
• Design multi-product collections
• Work with the tech team to allocate size specs / create fits as needed.
• Brief collections out to suppliers and follow up on sample development with the Account Manager
• Review samples on receipt and issue comments to suppliers.
• Attend trade shows / research trips
• Visit suppliers as needed and within the comfort level of the applicant
• Visit customers as needed to hold development meetings and sample reviews.

Requirements

• Be very organised and have good creative energy.
• Experience in a similar product area
• A history of working with denim and cargo product areas – understand washes and fit.
• Ambitious and driven.
• Ability to manage and motivate people.
• Strong CAD skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
