A leading mutual insurance company in the UK seeks a Strategy Manager to shape the future of its financial services. This role involves strategic project leadership and collaboration with executive management. Candidates should have extensive experience in strategic planning within the financial sector. This is a hybrid position, with 80% homeworking and 20% in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Are you ready to help shape the future of one of the UK's leading mutual insurance and financial services companies? We are looking for an experienced Strategy Manager to guide and support our long-term strategic direction. In this high-impact role, you'll lead strategic projects, support the development of forward-thinking plans and consider strategic options with a particular focus on financial services (investments, pensions & life insurance).
You'll have an extremely strong background in strategic planning and development within Financial Services in the UK (Investments, Pensions & Life insurance). You'll be a visionary thinker with the drive to shape strategy at a high level alongside the following skills:
