Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide ongoing support to the operations team to optimise processes and improve service delivery.
• Analyse operational performance and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee the allocation of resources, including staff and equipment, to ensure optimal utilisation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other business partners.
