The Role
  • Coordinate management of multiple, related high-priority and/or high-risk projects aligned with key strategic initiatives. Lead project teams to deliver complex business, integration, implementation projects, and continuous improvement/lean efforts.

  • Apply program and project management principles to manage scope, timelines, resources, stakeholders, and risk throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead high-priority projects to achieve measurable business process improvements.
  • Provide technical training and guidance for continuous improvement on the planning, development, and implementation of process improvement.
  • Utilize facilitation and consultancy skills to assist leaders in identifying growth opportunities and planning strategically.

Job Title: Strategic Project Consultant

Salary: £64,663.00 - £84,062.00 (Depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: In office Monday - Friday, full time 37.5 hours

Benefits: 24 days annual leave increasing with service to 30 days; 15% performance bonus (paid quarterly); Green Car Scheme; Share Scheme; Non-contributory Pension Scheme 10%; Private Medical Insurance; Dental and Vision; Life Insurance; Travel: 5%
