Job summary

A leading live streaming platform is seeking a Program Manager - Influencer Marketing to join their Creator Sponsorships team. This role involves managing influencer campaigns and requires 3+ years of program management and advertising experience. Candidates must be fluent in English and one additional language (German, Spanish, or French). The position offers flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or from the London office, with associated travel. Competitive hourly rate of £45.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management experience.
• 3+ years in advertising and influencer marketing.
• Experience working with product teams (UX designers, engineers, product managers).

Responsibilities

• Responding to requests from sales regarding influencer recommendations and campaign operations.
• Sourcing and securing creators for campaigns based on client criteria.
• Building media plans and joining client pitches/meetings to represent Creator Sponsorships.
• Tracking and reporting on campaign execution.
• Identifying process gaps and driving solutions across cross-functional teams.
• Staying close to advertiser feedback to identify new product opportunities.
