Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and relevant compliance frameworks is an advantage.
• Experience in consultancy, defence/security, or project-based organisations is desirable.
