Job summary

A leading care organization is seeking a PEOPLE Director to join its senior leadership team. This role requires an accomplished HR leader to manage a dedicated HR and recruitment team, ensure compliance with UK regulations, and shape the people strategy across multiple care homes. Responsibilities include leading HR functions and complex employee relations management. Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years of HR management experience, a CIPD Level 7 qualification, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ senior HR management experience within health or regulated sectors.
• Strong track record in talent acquisition and developing HR teams.
• Ability to build HR systems and policies effectively.
