  • Generalist HR management experience covering all areas of HR management practice.
  • Professional expertise in employment law issues and employee relations.
  • Ability to manage time and projects effectively.
  • Fluent in the English language, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Support and advise line managers and employees in HR-related queries.
  • Translate business needs into HR actions to meet business KPI’s.
  • Implement the Alstom performance management system.
  • Prepare and manage annual People Review and development plans.
