Job summary

A global risk management firm in London is looking for a passionate Health & Benefits - Risk Consultant to join their consultancy team. In this role, you will provide expert consulting services on risk and health-related insurances, helping clients improve employee wellbeing. The position offers a flexible hybrid model, 25 days of annual leave plus additional benefits, and an opportunity to influence workforce health strategies effectively.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Employee Benefits.
  • Excellent knowledge of group risk policies and providers.
  • Good standard of written and oral communication.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Able to learn quickly and organize own workload effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic consultative advice on benefits programmes.
  • Manage providers for own client base.
  • Support clients with underwriting and funding models.
  • Maintain quality control procedures.
  • Assist with re-broking exercises and queries.

Skills

Technical knowledge of Employee Benefits
Knowledge of group risk policies
Communication skills
Collaboration with consultants
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office

Education

GR1 qualification (preferred)
IF7 qualification (advantageous)
