Qualifications

• Proven leadership in HSE and sustainability.
• Strong working knowledge of UK HSE legislation, environmental permits, and ISO 14001.
• Experience working closely with regulatory bodies and certification schemes.

• Confident communicator and influencer at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the company's HSE & sustainability vision.
• Lead and conduct scheduled environmental audits across all sites.
• Oversee EIA assessments and ensure environmental permit compliance.
• Manage and control the department budget.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 14001, ESOS, CCA and other certification frameworks.
• Provide technical support on wastewater treatment and environmental management.
• Ensure business accreditation for all environmental and safety standards.
