Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead transformation across Commercial Operations. You will set the strategy for process improvement, data, reporting and new ways of working, collaborating with technology teams and regional directors.

You will own the transformation roadmap, prioritise programmes for measurable outcomes, and drive adoption with governance and training. Travel to Leisure sites is expected 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change, transformation or operating model development in a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Use of Lean or Six Sigma to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Owning or developing data, reporting or BI roadmaps (definitions, governance, source-of-truth).
• Partnering with technology teams to define business requirements and system roadmaps.
• Transformations connecting processes, systems, data and colleague or customer experience to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations.
• Review end-to-end processes with technology teams and central functions to simplify work and reduce duplication.
• Set standards and governance for operating procedures; ensure new systems are designed around operational needs.
• Own the transformation roadmap; shape future operating model with aligned plans for readiness, communication and adoption.
• Coordinate programmes with readiness, training and change adoption; travel to Leisure sites 2–3 days per week.
