Places for People, via Places Leisure, invites applications for Head of Business Change & Transformation to steer the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations, shaping strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, and future ways of working.

You will partner with technology teams, review end-to-end processes, set governance, own the transformation roadmap, and ensure readiness, training and adoption across sites, with travel 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change, transformation or operating model development in a complex, multi-site org.
• Proven use of Lean, Six Sigma or similar to improve efficiency.
• Experience building data/BI roadmaps, governance and source-of-truth design.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional transformation across Commercial Operations and operating models.
• Define and govern end-to-end processes, data, tools and dashboards.
• Own the transformation roadmap and drive implementation through adoption and training.
• Partner with technology teams to align business requirements with system roadmaps.
