Job summary

Places for People’s Places Leisure arm seeks a Head of Business Change & Transformation to shape the long-term agenda across Commercial Operations, defining strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, digital tools and future ways of working.

You'll collaborate with technology teams, regional directors and site operations to review end-to-end processes, set standards and governance, and design systems around operational needs. Travel 2–3 days/week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change in a complex multi-site organisation.
• Proven use of Lean or Six Sigma to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Experience owning data, reporting roadmaps and governance.
• Partner with technology teams to define requirements and roadmap.
• Develop transformation roadmaps aligning processes, systems and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term transformation across Commercial Operations.
• Create strategy for process improvement, data, reporting and digital tools.
• Review end-to-end processes with tech teams and regional leaders.
• Set governance for operating procedures and ensure systems meet needs.
• Own the transformation roadmap and drive operational readiness and adoption.
