Job summary

Places for People—through Places Leisure—seeks a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations. You will align processes, data, reporting and digital tools to drive efficiency and future ways of working.

You’ll partner with technology teams and central functions to review end-to-end processes, set governance, and shape the operating model; travel 2–3 days weekly to Leisure sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change, transformation or operating model development in a complex, multi-site organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term transformation across Commercial Operations with a clear strategy for process improvement, data and digital tools.
• Review end-to-end processes, simplify ways of working and reduce duplication and manual activity.
• Own the transformation roadmap and ensure programmes deliver measurable business outcomes with readiness, communication and adoption.
