Places for People seeks a Head of Business Change & Transformation to drive the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations. You will shape the strategy for process improvement, data and digital tools, while partnering with technology teams and regional leaders.

You will own the transformation roadmap, prioritise programmes, and ensure operational readiness, communication, training and adoption across sites. Frequent travel to leisure sites is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading business change or operating model development within a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Proven ability to partner with technology teams to define requirements and shape roadmaps.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through transformation programs.
