Places for People, via Places Leisure, seeks a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations, shaping strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, and digital tools.

You will collaborate with technology teams, regional directors and site operations to review processes, reduce duplication and ensure systems are designed for operational needs. Travel 2–3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change, transformation or continuous improvement in a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Evidence of using Lean or Six Sigma to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Experience owning data, reporting or BI roadmaps, including governance and definitions.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to define business requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience developing transformation roadmaps linking processes, systems and data to outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead the long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations.
• Review end-to-end processes, simplify ways of working and reduce duplication.
• Set standards and governance for operating procedures and system design.
• Own the transformation roadmap and prioritise programmes with readiness and adoption.
• Travel to leisure sites 2–3 days per week.
