Job summary

Places for People, via Places Leisure, is seeking a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations, shaping a clear strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, digital tools and future ways of working.

You will partner with technology teams, central support functions, Regional Directors and leisure centre operations to review end-to-end processes, reduce duplication and ensure new systems are designed around operational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change, transformation, or operating model development within a complex organisation.
• Evidence of using process improvement tools to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Experience owning or developing data, reporting or BI roadmaps and governance.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to define business requirements and shape roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term transformation across Commercial Operations with a clear strategy for processes, data and digital tools.
• Review end-to-end processes with technology teams to simplify ways of working.
• Set standards and governance for operating procedures and ensure systems are fit for purpose.
• Own the transformation roadmap and ensure programmes deliver measurable outcomes and business readiness.
