Places Leisure, part of Places for People, seeks a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead a cross-functional transformation across Commercial Operations. You will define strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, and digital tools, working with technology teams and central support.

Expect travel to Leisure sites 2–3 days per week. You will establish governance, prioritise programmes for business outcomes, and drive adoption of new operating models with effective change

Competenze

• Experience leading business change, transformation, continuous improvement or operating model development within a complex, multi-site or operational organisation.
• Evidence of using process improvement tools or methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Experience owning or developing data, reporting or business intelligence roadmaps, including data definitions and governance.

• Lead long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations.
• Review end-to-end processes, identify opportunities to reduce duplication and manual activity.
• Set standards and governance for operating procedures; ensure new systems and dashboards meet operational needs.
• Own transformation roadmap and shape future operating model with measurable business outcomes.
