Places for People, through Places Leisure, is seeking a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations, shaping a clear strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, digital tools and future ways of working.

Working with technology teams, regional directors and leisure centre operations, you will review end-to-end processes, simplify ways of working and drive measurable business outcomes while ensuring adoption and operational

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated leadership in business change or transformation within a complex, multi-site organization.
• Experience using process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Experience owning or developing data, reporting or BI roadmaps and governance.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to define business requirements and shape system roadmaps.

• Lead the long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations.
• Review end-to-end processes, simplify ways of working and identify opportunities to reduce duplication and manual activity.
• Own the transformation roadmap and shape the future operating model with measurable business outcomes.
• Prioritise programmes around operational readiness, communication, training and adoption.
