Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction procurement, either as a main contractor or a sub-contractor.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement from budget stage through to completion for multiple projects.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and excellent service.
• Raise and manage purchase orders using Yardi or similar systems.
• Coordinate deliveries with site logistics teams to ensure timely, complete arrivals.
• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
