Qualifications

  • Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management or similar.
  • MRICS Chartered – highly desirable but not essential.
  • Main contractor experience with a strong background delivering rail based projects.
  • Diverse Contract experience (NEC all options, NR, Bespoke etc.).
  • Strong character and proven track record of strong commercial influence.
  • Previous experience working and winning tenders would be advantageous.
  • Track record of managing a team.
  • Ability to build relationships with high profile clients such as TFL, Network Rail, Crossrail and HS2.
