Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business or Enterprise Analyst on large, cross-functional programmes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in business process analysis and requirements management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable with different delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions to map as-is and to-be processes.
  • Perform data and process analysis to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation including process maps and assessments.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment of outcomes.
