Overview

These are permanent part-time positions offering 8 and 12 hours per week. The role is based at the H&M Fosse Park store in the Fosse Park Shopping Centre.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Advisor, you are responsible for putting customers first and creating an exceptional in-store shopping experience, contributing to sales and profit in the store and sharing product and fashion knowledge.
• Inspire customers by promoting campaigns, offers and activities and deliver a great customer experience that supports the store’s sales and profit goals.
• Give and receive honest feedback to support your own development and your colleagues' development.
• Follow health and safety routines to promote the safety and well-being of all colleagues and customers.

Availability & Sponsorship

Availability: 2-3 days per week, fully flexible, including weekends. This is not a sponsorship role under the skilled worker route.
