Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-time)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organised Stores Operative to manage the day-to-day operation of our clients stores function. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, control, and issue of parts and materials to support engineering and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and book in deliveries, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders
  • Issue parts and materials to engineering and operational teams as required
  • Maintain accurate stock records using stock control systems
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience working in a stores, warehouse, or stock control role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Good IT skills (experience with stock systems desirable)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of health & safety procedures within a stores or warehouse environment
  • Experience in an engineering, transport, or automotive environment (desirable but not essential)
