Job description

The organisation supply high value, bespoke products and services to the transport infrastructure sector, working to strict industry regulations and tight timelines.

This position will appeal to someone currently working within a logistics environment or keen to commence a career within a specialist stores environment.

Following successful completion of training, activities will include offloading materials into store, validating and examining deliveries, space planning, updating and managing stores data/CRM, preparing shipments for site and producing documentation required.

The successful candidate will undergo any training required to facilitate the use of MHE including forklift trucks and overhead cranes.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate commitment to a previous position or activity and have the ability to communicate well both in writing and verbally. The role involves the use of computer systems, applicants should therefore be confident using Microsoft packages (Word and Outlook).

Applicants should be self‑motivated and driven with a determination to develop their professional skills and knowledge, ideally holding a full driving licence.
