You will support the team to work in alignment with our values and act as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager. You are a role model for the team and, cool, calm and collected under pressure, never afraid to step in. You will be a fountain of knowledge on product and standards, and you will assist with administrative and operational duties and general store security.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing the store, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for customers through offering authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required/assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Demonstrated retail sales success
• Experience in a customer-facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
