We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our brand new store at Rotherham Parkgate, opening in August 2024. This is a permanent full-time position, working a 40-hour week.

We seek a driven individual with a passion for excellent customer service who can create a fun and welcoming store environment for both staff and customers.

Day-to-day responsibilities as our Store Manager

  • Drive store performance by making sound commercial decisions, liaising with area managers and head office to ensure the right products are available to maximize sales
  • Lead your team in creating a customer-first culture, providing genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice to ensure the best customer experience
  • Motivate and develop yourself and your team to achieve and exceed KPIs and reach full potential
  • Be self-aware, willing to question, learn, and take responsibility for your performance and that of your store
