A leading pet store chain in Woolley Green is looking for a dedicated store manager to oversee operations and lead by example. You will manage KPIs related to customer service and financial performance, ensuring the highest standards of pet care and promoting responsible pet ownership. Exceptional customer service is essential, along with a genuine passion for pets. This role encourages a positive team culture, and training will be provided where necessary.
Reporting to your Regional Manager you will lead by example creating an excellent culture and working environment for your team, demonstrating our values of being: Genuine, Wise, Eager, Focused, Together. You will have full responsibility for all aspects of running a successful store. Managing KPIs around people, store standards, customer service standards and financial performance, maximising both turnover and gross margin along with control of costs. Ensure you and your team are delivering the highest standards of pet care and ensure that the welfare of pets is a top priority, promoting responsible pet ownership. Exceptional customer service by providing a great shopping experience for customers and displaying both strong pet knowledge. (Training given)
