Store Manager – Hemel Hempstead

Permanent | Site Based

Salary £36,400 + Bonuses

Hours: 8:00am – 6:30pm (8-hour shifts within this window)

Weekends: 1 in 3 weekends, including occasional Sundays

Interviews to take place immediately with a view to a start soon thereafter.

We’re currently recruiting for a full-time Store Manager to lead the team at a busy self-storage site in Hemel Hempstead. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of £36,400 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Managing store operations to meet and exceed financial targets
  • Leading and developing the store team
  • Driving occupancy and revenue through local marketing and sales initiatives
  • Delivering excellent service to new and existing customers
  • Overseeing health and safety, maintenance, and housekeeping standards
  • Monitoring performance, coaching team members, and completing appraisals
  • Ensuring all financial and operational procedures are followed accurately
About you

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership and commercial awareness, ideally with previous experience in a customer-facing, sales or retail management role. You’ll need to be confident, organised and proactive, with the ability to motivate others and manage performance effectively.
