Responsibilities

• Support the Cluster Manager to deliver a culture of engagement.
• Collaborate with the Cluster Manager in nurturing a high-performing sales team.
• Help ensure stores have the right culture, processes, and controls.
• Collaborate in the ownership of the P&L with emphasis on sales.
• Maintain a market-leading service experience for customers.
• Develop customer contact plans.
• Review performance and trends.
