The Stock Coordinator Role

As our Stock Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the efficient handling, processing, and dispatching of goods within the business. The role is integral to ensuring accurate stock management and supporting the operational workflow.

What You Will Do As Our Stock Coordinator
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries in a timely manner, ensuring accurate documentation for Finance and safe storage of stock.
  • Ensuring all incoming returns from customers are recorded and, working with the operations team, identify any damaged/faulty items that need to be recharged to the customer.
  • Dismantling returned stock items and placing into quarantine with correct labelling and documentation.
  • Liaising with logistics partners to ensure timely despatch of outgoing goods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the stores and build areas.
  • Maintain weekly cycle count and quarterly full stock count, documenting any stock movements for Finance.
  • Working with the Engineer Manager to ensure van stock levels are maintained & updated weekly.
  • Liaise with pod refurb suppliers weekly to ensure all necessary stocks are in place at each location to enable refurb work to be completed.

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing workload and business needs
Experience
  • Experience working with electronics / hardware in a warehouse, factory or logistics environment
  • Familiarity with goods receipting and dispatching processes
  • Experience in stock management and inventory systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products (Office 365 / Windows 10)
  • Minimum of 2 years\' experience within a stock related role
  • Understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse / factory setting
