Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock levels, purchase orders, and shipment details.
  • Reporting: Generating reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and purchasing activities.
  • Auditing: Participating in inventory audits to verify stock accuracy. (Yearly Stocktake)
  • Data Entry: Entering shipping and inventory data into the computer system.
  • Inventory Management: Tracking and managing inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock to meet demand.
  • Ordering and Procurement: Placing orders for new stock, managing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.50 hours a week Monday to Friday 08.30am - 5.00pm.

Requirements
  • Industry or merchant experience is advantageous
  • Previous experience working in a Stock Control role
  • Confident computer skills in Excel and Word
  • A dependable, hardworking team player who's open to learning
  • A valid driving licence (preferred but not essential)
