Stock Controller Role

We are looking for a proactive Stock Controller to take full responsibility for managing a designated ERF warehouse. You will oversee all stock control activities, ensuring compliance with operating procedures and core standards, while supporting the availability of high-value and plant-critical spares in partnership with Engineering and Operations teams.

Stock Controller Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate stock levels within your assigned ERF warehouse.
  • Implement and monitor robust goods-in/goods-out processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and stock control standards.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to guarantee availability of critical spares.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce stock losses and improve processes.
Stock Controller Background
  • Strong understanding of purchasing principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in a stores or warehouse environment with stock control responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in computerized stock control systems.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and safe working practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and liaise effectively with colleagues.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
