A retail company is seeking a passionate Stock Controller for their Christchurch branch. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in stock management and possess strong administration and customer service skills. The role involves managing stock levels, cash handling, and providing excellent service in a busy environment. Applicants must be able to work under pressure, multitask, and have a good grasp of stock management software. The position is full-time with Monday to Friday hours.

Northbeach are looking for someone who is passionate, with a great attitude who is ready to tackle a new challenge as Stock Controller at our Northlink Branch opening towards the end of March 2026.
This is a busy role that would suit a mature individual who can work under pressure while paying attention to detail. You will also have the ability to provide excellent Customer Service and be a natural problem solver with great people and communication skills.
Confidence with computers preferably with stock management software is essential, combined with strong administration skills.
This role does involve cash handling and auditing, so you need to be comfortable doing a bit of number crunching too! 2 years’ experience in stock control and processing is a must.
Flexibility, prioritising your day and the ability to multi-task are a must.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
