A leading housing group is looking for someone to drive performance across its property portfolio particularly in the Stratford-Upon-Avon area. The successful candidate will perform Stock Condition and EPC surveys to maintain compliance with housing standards and contribute to strategic investment decisions. Suitable applicants should have relevant qualifications and experience in property-related roles, excellent organizational skills, and a drive to support communities through improving living conditions.

The purpose of this role is to help drive performance across our property portfolio (Predominantly in the Stratford-Upon-Avon and surrounding area), to ensure the integrity and reliability of our data is maintained in order for us to meet the compliance requirements around stock condition and asset management. You will undertake surveys, relating to the condition of housing stock, that will inform strategic investment decisions, in addition to determining the age and lifetime of key building components to help us build long term planned programmes of work.
This role is part of Property where you'll help us to lead the way investing and maintaining 46,000 homes.
