This opportunity is with a specialist property consultancy delivering high-quality survey and retrofit services to housing providers, landlords, and developers. Working across the residential sector, the consultancy supports clients in understanding their housing stock, planning improvement programmes, and delivering sustainable, long-term outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Carry out detailed stock condition surveys on residential properties
  • Record building components, defects, and life-cycle data accurately
  • Prepare clear and concise reports following site visits
  • Manage your own diary and ensure efficient route planning
  • Maintain strong relationships with the operations team and clients
  • Deliver surveys to agreed schedules supporting large-scale residential projects.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience working on residential stock condition surveys
  • Construction-related qualification and/or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of building fabric and maintenance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
