Stock Condition Surveyor — Somerset

Contract Role, 8am-5pm, £26 - £30 per hour

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Stock Condition Surveyors based in Somerset.

Day to Day responsibilities
  • Carry out Stock Condition Surveys in social housing properties
  • Provide technical advice and ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements
  • Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Carry out HHSRS evaluations
  • Record and update survey data in the asset management system
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
