A recruitment agency is seeking 4 experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to conduct surveys on social housing properties throughout Derbyshire. This is a 3-month contract with potential for future work. Candidates should be knowledgeable in HHSRS and RDSAP and experienced in using tablet devices for surveying.

1st Select are currently working in partnership with a Consultancy who have won a considerable sized contract in and around Derbyshire.

We are currently looking for 4 Stock Condition Surveyors to carry out Stock Condition Surveys on social housing properties throughout Derbyshire.

Requirements for this role:

• Knowledge of using handheld devices (Tablet PC)
• HHSRS Experience
• Stock Condition surveying experience
• RDSAP Experience

This is a 3 month contract contract with the possibility of leading on work!
