HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will be responsible for the application of all transactions and stock procedures, ensuring the daily management of boutique stock, operations, compliance, and e-commerce orders.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Daily Transaction Management & Banking:

  • Check the validity and details of all invoices
  • Follow up on deposits, charges, and refunds
  • Exchange information with the financial back office
  • Solve all payment issues
  • Prepare and execute daily banking reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies

Daily Stock Management:

  • Manage all stock transfers (reception, departure, BTQ-BTQ)
  • Control the quality of all stock transfers
  • Manage client reservations
  • Handle consignments (daily, events, press, etc.)
  • Prepare pieces for display
  • Label prices
  • Implement price changes
  • Manage all omni-channel orders from a stock management perspective
  • Organize safe and understock areas

E-Commerce:

  • Handle preparations for e-commerce sales daily
  • Manage returns and refunds from e-commerce
  • Maintain e-commerce products & clients database
  • Coordinate with the online team at head office (price changes, product assortment, selection, information updates)
  • Contact clients for specific requests

Inventories & Compliance:

  • Manage annual counts, cycle counts, and spot checks
  • Handle additional inventories as requested (certificates, stones, etc.)
  • Ensure application, communication, and adherence to stock handling policies & procedures

Boutique Organization:

  • Manage current and pending orders of valuables and non-valuables
  • Contribute to a positive and productive boutique environment
  • Participate in daily operations, including opening and closing
  • Support special projects (transformations, pop-ups)
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Maison's products, heritage, and values
