Early shift - 06.30-14.30
Middle shift - 08.00-16.00
Late shift - 12.00-20.00
Weekend shifts - 09.30-13.15

Job Description:
As a Steward with Sodexo at Lucknow/Mooltan Bks, Tidworth Garrison, SP9 7BU, you will play an important role in supporting military personnel on a Ministry of Defence (MOD) base. Your interactions will directly impact their experience, ensuring they have a positive and efficient dining experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Dining Area Setup: Prepare dining areas, functions, and meeting spaces before service to ensure smooth operations.
2. Food Service & Replenishment: Serve meals and replenish food stations as needed, maintaining availability and cleanliness throughout service.
3. Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous service to military personnel in dining, retail, and other areas.
4. Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness by regularly sanitizing workstations, equipment, and dining areas in line with health and safety standards.
5. Event Support: Assist with special events and functions, ensuring smooth service.
6. Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to complete tasks efficiently and to high standards.

Requirements:

• Professionalism and Respect: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and respect for others.
• No Experience Required: Hospitality or food service experience helpful but not necessary; willingness to learn is key.
• Reliability & Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
