Overview

The Sterile Services Department are recruiting a part‑time Technician Porter. Hired staff will provide essential support in a busy clinical setting, contributing to safe, efficient patient care.

Hours and shift pattern
  • Monday–Friday 8:00–21:00
  • Saturday–Sunday 8:00–16:00
  • 2–3 late shifts 13:00–21:00 per week
Responsibilities

As part of a team you will undertake decontamination, processing and preparation of packs, theatre trays, instrumentation and sundry items. The post also includes assisting in stores control, sterilisation of all packs, basic testing of equipment and provision of a collection and delivery service.

Qualifications and preferences

Ability to speak Welsh is desirable. English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
