A leading engineering firm in Scotland is seeking a Stakeholder Integration Officer to manage utility stakeholder engagement and ensure project alignment. This role involves leading stakeholder analysis, facilitating communication, and coordinating engagement efforts within a multidisciplinary team. Candidates must have experience in project management, possess relevant qualifications, and be flexible for on-site work 2+ days a week. The position also requires UK National Citizenship with SC clearance due to the nature of the role and access to restricted information.

The Utilities Integration role is based in Helensburgh and will lead on utility (power, water and communication services) stakeholder engagement and management to ensure integration between Programme and site stakeholders through systematic identification and analysis of stakeholders, the planning and conduct of interactions to engage and communicate with them, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests, ensuring their involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
This role will be based on our client site in Helensburgh. Due to the nature of the role it will have access to restricted information which will require a sole UK National Citizen with SC clearance to meet the necessary security criteria.
There is a requirement to be on‑site to facilitate workshops, routine meetings and site visits and to engage with the wider team, this currently is a minimum of 2 days per week but could require more at specific times of the programme and should be flexible to facilitate this.
There will also be some travel to central Glasgow and potentially external offices of contractors if necessary.
