Position

We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic Staff Nurses to join our friendly team at the Lawson Memorial/Cambusavie Unit, a 16-bed Community Hospital located in Golspie, Sutherland.

Responsibilities

The role will involve acting as the named nurse for a delegated group of patients, assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating individualised programmes of care including the negotiation of discharge arrangements. This will be carried out as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high standards of care to patients and their families.

In the absence of the Charge Nurse / Deputy Charge Nurse, take charge of the Ward and ensure the safe and effective management of the inpatient service.

We have a mix of full and part-time posts available on a permanent basis working a rotational day/night duty contract as required.
