A regional healthcare provider in Liverpool seeks a Band 5 Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and take charge of an area after completing your preceptorship. Job description

Overview

As band 5 RN you will be responsible and accountable for assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care. Work as a member of the multi disciplinary team and undertake delegated tasks from the ward manager/charge nurse. Following successful completion of preceptorship you will be required to take charge of an area for a span of duty. The post holder will always work within the NMC's Code of professional conduct. Following successful completion of preceptorship, if newly qualified, or following SPN period if you have previous Band 5 experience, you will be required to take charge of an area for a span of duty.
