Responsibilities
  • The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.
  • Ensure that agreed standards of nursing practice within the ward/department area are maintained.
  • Ensure that all Trust, Divisional, and Ward/Department Health & Safety Policies are adhered to.
  • To be a team player supporting patients and the team.
  • To have a holistic approach to the delivery of nursing care.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic registered Staff Nurse to support the peripatetic team. You will be required to confidently support the team. You will focus on engaging with colleagues, adapting and being flexible to the complex nature of Ward 21, where nursing standards could even be improved. The ideal candidate will be an experienced band 5 nurse with experience in an acute setting.
